London City Soccer Action Kicks Its Way Back To Rogers TV - Channel 13 - London
London City Soccer Club of the Canadian Soccer League (CSL) has renewed its television contract for the 2009 season.Ryan Gauss, C.E.O., of London City Soccer Club announced early Tuesday morning that the club had reached a deal with Rogers TV to once again carry all London City home games - played at Cove Road Field. Rogers TV has carried London City home games on Channel 13 in London for over two decades.

"This is great news for London City and soccer in Canada. Anytime you can have great coverage for every home game - like Rogers TV provides - you are adding to the legitimacy and awareness of Canadian Professional soccer."
The Canadian Soccer League also finalized a contract with Rogers TV in Toronto to have a game of the week every Friday night.
London City is North America's longest lasting professional soccer franchise. The team plays their home games on Friday nights at Cove Road Field. The air date and times for the 2009 home games will be announced shortly.
The club will open its 36th season on Friday May 29, 2009 at 8:38PM against the North York Astros.
